i looking to change my sandidisk ssd to this one

I don't believe so since the documentation states SATA III and not PCI NVME.

It's compatible
i don't recommend it, it's 2xfaster than 7200rpm hdd only, check the reviews

Its 20x not 2x and the speed can reach to 1000 read and wite

Kingston A1000 works well with this laptop
