Loose Touchpad Question on G513QM

Hello.

After RMA fix on my touchpad I noticed that the lowerpart of my touchoad is loose whilst the upper part is firm. Is this normal?

I found a video with the exact same issue that I have (since my laptop is with the technician for an ssd upgrade).
