I have a G614JU ASUS ROG STRIX, and when it's not charging the laptop, the rgb is still turned on and everything works normally, but then when I try to plug in the laptop to charge the rgb suddenly turns off, and I need to open the armoury crate app to turn it on again manually. The keyboard works fine, it's just the rgb that's the problem. I even tried reinstalling Armoury Crate, but that didn't work.
Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. thank you
