I'm having the problem that my keyboard goes into sleep mode after a few seconds. I've already reloaded all the drivers and Asus doesn't want to help me. Does anyone here know the solution? I'm using Windows 11

turn off sleep mode first I'd recommend never using sleep mode.
then use DDU clear out all the old drivers and reinstall again and reboot system after you install them again do this in safe mode.
