There seems to be a well-discussed issue with keyboard unresponsiveness with no solution that I see. My guess is there is a firmware problem, but I and many others have had intermittent keyboard unresponsiveness for a long period of time. It appears all keys become unresponsive (do nothing) except the "M" keys.
Many seem to complain about these issues, but is there a known true fix or acknowledgement from the manufacturer? It's such a bad issue for me that I'm going to have to try to RMA. It goes unresponsive far too often to be a usable laptop. Is there any known solution to the problem?
