Unfortunately, this won't help. Aura Sync generally does not see the existence of a standard keyboard. According to the link, the person’s backlight died; in my case, the entire keyboard and backlight died. Only the power button on the laptop works.
All drivers are in place. I checked the motherboard and the keyboard itself. There is food everywhere, everything is alive in technical terms.
