Currently, opening the laptop for cleaning every 3-4 months is a good decision, especially if you see an improvement in temperatures. The clamps on the back of the computer are generally durable, but frequent opening can lead to wear, especially if you're not gentle with it.
If you intend to open the computer frequently, be sure to use proper tools and be gentle to avoid breaking the clamps. You can also check for magnets or other methods to keep the clamps in good condition.

Don't worry, it doesn't matter if it breaks, there are screws anyway. You won't have any problems.
