I could not reply to this previous thread, but I am having similar issues. All hardware tests I have run on my laptop have come back good/clean. The system intermittently and randomly locks up completely, requiring a hard reset to power up.
I have tried a complete wipe and reinstall of Windows 11 using USB media. The lockups seemingly occur at random and with no major system loads. I have tried updating all drivers from the manufacturer websites.
BIOS version 331 on Windows 11
