I just bought the new Asus ROG Strix Scar 16", 32GB RAM, RTX-5090. And that's about as technical as I'm gonna get because I barely know anything about laptops. I bought this laptop mainly for a few engineering programs but also to play games like Minecraft.
I decided to try playing Minecraft today: I went on the armoury crate, put Turbo on Operating Mode, and Ultimate GPU mode. I launched mincreaft bed rock edition and my screen turned blue then black then normal, and like that a few times (basically fully lagging). I tried a few more times and then the screen turned grey and i couldnt even close the game, closed it through Task Manager.
I know I'm not tech savvy but I managed well with my msi gs66 stealth for the last 5 years (played minecraft, helldivers 2, calvalry, the hunter, sea of thieves by just turning on the fans. I do not recommend that laptop as I have had countless issues but at least I managed the basics). And I am fully convinced that this is a much better laptop, any help please? Maybe I am missing something that this laptop needs? I HAVEN'T bought this laptop cheap from a sketchy place.
