Is this RAM CT2K16G48C40S5 compatible with G614JI-AS94?

Hello, I'm looking for compatible RAM for my G614JI-AS94.

I purchased the Crucial RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) DDR5 5600MHz (or 5200MHz or 4800MHz) Laptop Memory CT2K16G56C46S5, but I'm getting a black screen after installing this new RAM.

I would like to know if this RAM is compatible or not, because in other websites it shows as this RAM is compatible with this laptop.

Here the link of the laptop in case you want to see the configuration that I purchased. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BV7XQ9V9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8

Here the link for the RAM I purchased:

This is compatible, you just need to make sure that you disable undervolt BEFORE replacing your RAM.

You can find it in the BIOS under the name of "Voltage Configuration." Make sure you put "Core Voltage Offset Configuration" to Disabled or Put ZERO at the Voltage Offset before replacing your RAM.

After you replace your RAM, you can revert those BIOS settings & simply undervolt normally.

Also, let it take its time when booting up with the new RAM. It can take up to 10 minutes, but most likely, they take around 5 minutes.
