Is there a back light bleed in all ROG strix scar II displays?

I've seen it from a couple of youtubers. Is there such an issue? Or is it just normal for all IPS panels? I'm thinking about buying a ROG laptop. Not sure which one yet. But I'm concerned. :confused:
