i9 12900H P core 1 & P core 3 always hot

I have an ROG Asus Scar 15 2022 Model and whenever i run cinebench R23 on it with I notice that P core 1 and and P core 3 are always thermal throttling while the others are sitting in the mid and high 80's

CPU is running liquid metal and this didn't happen before anyone got an idea what's going on?

Hello,

When was the last time you checked the liquid metal? If it's never been replaced or serviced there is a high chance that it has formed a dry spot on the CPU DIE which can show up as hotter cores.

Never really checked it, i thought liquid metal supposed to last very long
