I need help. I have a ROG G16 G14JV laptop. When I unplug the charger, a blue screen appears. After three months of struggling, I found some users saying that the Intel SST software isn't updating, and I tried that and it worked. The laptop works normally, and sometimes updates install automatically. I want a permanent solution. Can I revert to an older BIOS version? Will that help? Please let me know; my current BIOS version is G14JV.331.
