I have some trouble with GL552VX brightness option

Hi,
I bought this laptop about 2 weeks ago ( GL552VX).
At first I could change the screen brightness from fn + f5 / f6 or from the manual menu.

But now I can not change the brightness of either the key or the menu. The fn keyboard works with the sound. Or with the command to light the keyboard. I installed another intel driver sent from someone from Asus and nothing. Has anyone met this problem? What can I do. 😞

Hmm, well every time I've had issues it's either because a service is stopped or that ATK package is messed up.

I had the same problem with my gl502. i solved it updating nvidia drivers, i used the latest i found on the asus support website
