I am asking a friend to buy a laptop and bring it with him from the US to India. I want to know about the warranty and service that I can expect in India for the model G614JI-XS96.

Hi,

My information shows the G614JI-XS96 has international warranty if you want to try to confirm with more people, but may not be very easy to do until you have the serial number.

Once you have the serial number, you can probably confirm the details with the service centers in India as well to find out what kind of warranty you can expect.
