How to enable free sync for G513RM

My laptop has a Ryzen 7 6800H and RTX 3060. I got a monitor it  is FreeSync compatible. I don't have the display option in my amd software. Does anyone know hot to enable FreeSync for this specific model ?

5. Monitor Settings: Check your monitor's OSD to ensure FreeSync is enabled.
6. Game Settings: Verify that FreeSync or V-Sync is enabled in your game settings.

Your laptop has 2 GPUS, integrated within the AMD CPU + nVidia RTX 3060 and in terms of gaming performance you would want to be using the RTX 3060 which is only G-Sync compatible < This will not work over the HDMI connection in your laptop. (You might be able to use a USB C to Display port adapter if your laptop supports this mode, what is the full model number?)

Out of interest does the AMD software show adaptive sync?

Yea I just got a new type c to DP and it works now. It does show adaptive sync in amd software. Nvidia control panel also shows G-sync tab.
