HDMI Port on G55VW Not Working

I just got my brand new, fully customized G55VW-RS71 through XoticPC today and I absolutely love it. However, the HDMI port is not working whatsoever. I've tried two separate HDMI cables which both work with my Xbox. I've also tried three different TVs (one LCD and two LEDs). I have also attempted turning off and restarting the laptop with the cord already plugged in and the TV already on. No signal. Additionally, absolutely nothing happens when I plug in the HDMI cord. I receive no notifications or alerts. The NVIDIA control panel won't detect it either. Playing around with F8 is hopeless as well.

PLEASE help me out. This is such a beautiful machine and I'd hate to have to ship it back immediately upon first use. Thanks so much.

could you check device manager is it have exclamation mark, if only connect to external monitor is it able to post, if try any way, it is unable to post, i will say send back to ASUS RMA to check.

Everything seems to be fine in the device manager. No exclamation points or anything.

i think it's best for you to contact xoticpc for support instead; based on your descriptions, it looks like there is something wrong physically with your hdmi port (maybe a loosened connection).

mine works just fine when i connected to an external monitor.

i know it's hard to send it away hehe; that's why i suggest you talk to the support at xoticpc and see if they can give you a guide or something to double check/or maybe fix it without having to send it back; at least let them be aware of the issues so when your machine is in, they know what to do.
