So I purchased a new ROG Strix Scar III last week and upon opening the box and turning it on I noticed some of the keys don't light up. The back lighting on the following keys doesn't light up at all. Left ALT, Z, B, N, F8, Up&Down Arrows, and on the numpad keys 7, /, *, - .
I have tried to Aura software to program certain keys to light up certain colours and can confirm those keys don't light up any of the colours I try. (the rest of the keyboard behaves as expected).
The keys still type and whatnot, just no lighting.
Has anyone come across this before? I am hesitant to send it back as I bought a new laptop because I want it now, not want it in however long it takes the warranty process to send me another one.
