GL704 Scar II Aura Sync LED Keyboard/Aura Problems

Hi

I have a ROG Strix Scar II GL704GW. Recently it's developled problems with the LED keyboard switching off (i.e. going dark) and not showing up in Armoury Crate as an Aura compatible device. This seems to occur after booting up into Windows, as it is initially on. Any ideas on how to resolve?

Having the exact same issue

Tried unistalling Armoury Crate and Aura Sync but the Aura Service gives a weird error and cannot unistall, so I cannot get anything to work anymore... had to manually reinstall windows

Hi Alex,
Which model do you have? Also GL704?
Did you use the uninstall tool from below link first?

And then use the installer to install everything back?
What kind of error did you get?
