[ GL703VM laptop] Need advice on fixing or replacing a fan making a grinding noises.

Hello,
Since the last few months(about 2-3), I've been having an intermittent issue with my GL703VM laptop.
Whenever I slightly move it or some shock occur around it (ex: I hit my knee on my desk because; reasons), the right fan seems to get unbalanced and starts making a loud grinding noise.

Each times, putting the laptop in sleep mode and waking it back up, thus resetting the fan's rotation, seemed to fix the issue and it occurred rarely enough that I attributed it to something I shouldn't have done while it was under load in the first place.

However, lately, it seems that it is easier to get the fans to start "grinding" and I could need multiple "sleep to wake" cycles to reset the fan properly so it doesn't make the grinding sound.

I would like to have some advice on what might be the issue and how to fix it.

1 - If I open the back cover and go look at the fan, is there some tell tale I should look for that could cause this issue? (beside something clear like a missing blade or a dust ball the size of a hamster in there)
2 - Could a good dusting off of the fans while its open cause this?
3 - If all else fails, where could I find a good replacement fan online and which fan model should I look for?? A quick google search for "G703 fan replacement" only lead me to an AliExpress entry, from which I did not hear good reviews.

Thanks in advance for anyone who could help me on this. This laptop is just over 1 year old and I don't want to fry the GPU because the fan stops working.

I’m having the same issue with the same laptop. GL703VM. I’ve tried cleaning it, but makes no difference. I’m looking for a decent replacement fan, any good suggestions would be appreciated. Like above stated, a google search has tons of results in that area. Anyone know a brand that’s trusted and dependable? Thanks in advance*

I'd watch disassembly videos first and decide to buy later
