[GL552VX] Strange USB Type-A 3.0 vs Type-C 3.1 behaviors

Like the title sum up, I got this strange behaviors of 3 USB 3.0/3.1 on my GL552VX:
With Sandisk 64GB Dual-drive Type-C/A 3.0 Memorystick or With ADATA SSD Box(SATAIII 6Gbps USB3.0) using Samsung EVO 860 SATAIII SSD:

  • On USB 3.0 Type-A, performance is at maximum as possible.
  • On USB 3.1 Type-C, performance is just as same as USB 2.0 Type-A(the other port)

However, if I keep the cable plugged in. A system restart would revert the above behavior, only the case of Type-C port; only the Read performance get improved though, Write performance is just as USB2.0 Type-A as mentioned

This issue is not related to memorystick or SSD, as they are working great on my other Lenovo notebook(on both USB 3.0/3.1, either Type-A and Type-C)
I believe this is related to the BIOS that controlling I/O. Even the latest 303 BIOS update claiming improve system stability doesn't address this issue.
