GL552VW - Problem with AudioWizard sound after clean Windows 10 install

Hello,

I recently did clean install of Windows 10 on my GL552VW. I downloaded all drivers from support page for my laptop. Everything seemed fine until I installed ICEpower AudioWizard (v1.0.0.85). The sound is really bad on every mode. On Multimedia mode it's louder (actually too loud) than before the clean install, but the highs are creaking and there is also lack of bass. I don't know what to do. I'v tried to reinstall drivers, install older ones, install AudioWizard versions from other laptops. Nothing helped.

Can someone please help me to solve this?

Unfortunately there is no Sonic Studio app for my laptop 😞

Hello again,

I solved this problem installing Conexant drivers and AudioWizard from support pages of two different laptops.
1. I installed Conexant drivers for GL552VXK: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/DriversForWin10/Audio/Audio_Conexant_Win10_64_VER8665252.zip?_...
2. Then I installed AudioWizard for GL552VL: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/nb/Apps_for_Win10/ICEsound/ICEsound_Win10_64_VER100135.zip?_ga=2....

I must admit that I gave up this solution because ot wasn't good enough. I uninstalled those GL552VX drivers and GL552VL AudioWizard. I'm back on my default GL552VW drivers but without AudioWizard software.
It is incomprehensible to me that the software from the manufacturer's website does not work as it should after clean install. I understand that normally there is eSupport folder on system drive, that works just fine when when for example you factory reset your PC. But after clean install, software and drivers from support page manually downloaded and installed should work just as well.
