gl552vw discharge while it is shut down

i have a gl552vw .
i installed win 10.
when i shut down my lab top an dis connect my pc form power cable.its battery loose charge.
for example after 48 hours that i shut down the laptop .it lost 4 percent of battery charge?
why this happe?
is it only me?

And I have the same problem!
I bought my laptop ASUS ROG GL552VW and when turned off, and spent power continues to draw power from the battery? And the next turn begins charging the battery. How to solve this little problem?

Hello.
No it's not only you, my GL752 does the same but it's normal. There is a thingy on Windows 10 that doesn't shuts your system off completely, so it can boot up faster. However you can disable the "fast boot"option if you'd like to.
To disable it go to control panel -> Power Options -> Chose what power button do -> Settings that are currently unavailable -> and just uncheck fast boot
Try that and let me know if it worked

i disabled the fast boot.
but i still loose charge when i shut down laptop/
almost 2% every day.

I guess it's something normal, like your phone, if you turn it off it will still lose some power, don't worry it's normal for any laptop. But what you COULD try tho, sincs it's a GL552 it has removable battery, take it out once you don't use it.*

After removing the check mark, the problem remained!
