GL552J Rog not starting anymore

Hi guys.
I have a real serious problem.
Situation: i am a sailor and for now on a remote island in Philippines. I use my GL552J for navigation and all my
charts and programs through it. It is 4 months old and normally a nice tool to do all i want. It is with windows 10.
Now i cannot move anymore since it went yesterday into power save mode and did not start anymore.
I had that issue already 2 times before, but then i removed battery and power plug, put battery back and pushed power button
while sticking in power plug and then released button. Then it worked. I changed my settings and could work fine.
Then i was stupid enough to change power management again due to the fact that i had not so much power on the boat.
Then i made a trip yesterday and in mid of the trip the laptop switched off.
Now it seems like dead, only one light, the green led which shows that power is going in.
How can i start it again ?
Excuse my English, i am not native. But please help me, cause I am in a very, very
inconvenient situation.

thanks

last idea : unplugged the laptop, then remove the battery, press the power button for 30 sec.

connect the power cable and switch-on the laptop.

did already more than 10 times, no result

did you press the power button 30 sec. while the power cable is unplugged and the battery out ?

if yes , i have no more ideas, sorry

I pressed and pressed and pressed, many times, any length of time ...dead !
Only one green led showing the power is going in.
Thanks anyway for help
Maybe another expert has an idea ?

Do you have 2 sticks of memory installed and can you try to install 1 at a time in different slots to confirm there isn't a bad memory slot or bad memory stick if you can do this safely? Be sure to remove the battery, unplug the power, and observe anti-static precautions before trying this of course, or let us know if you want more details.
It may not be worth trying, but you may just want to unplug the hard drive temporarily too while you are testing since you don't need the hard drive to see anything on the screen.

If your battery light comes on while plugged in, try to charge the unit for an hour and turn on by battery power only too if you haven't already.
Also try to test without the battery and only the AC adapter plugged in as long as you're careful nothing gets near the exposed battery contacts.

If it's easy to plug in an external monitor, that's another thing to check, but not really something expected to make a difference in this case if the system doesn't appear to be booting into Windows.

Good luck!

So far i do not dare to open it, i am zero good in repairs.
Please be aware, i am in a sailingboat close to a remote island on anchorage, and cannot move as long my navigation is not working.
If u like, i would be happy, to give advices in opening , give it in simple words and little steps.
If u like and u feel strong enough we can do by email, so we do not bother the forum.
My batterylight is only green when i have battery in and powerplug. If i get out the battery -> no light.
All my attempts: i cannot hear anything inside, i cannot see anything.

What ever happened to the good old fashioned way with paper charts, a compass and a sextant? Thats how I had to do it to get a charter captains license. There was no GPS, Loran was pretty new but wasnt allowed to use that. Had to prove I could do it old way!

My boat was ripped off some time ago, when i was not on board. They stole computer, vhf, 2 gps devices and all my charts (i do not know why),
kitchen tools, books, cloths and tools. I am replcaing all step for step.
Sextant is a system which nowadays nobody uses anymore. Your time must be very long ago. I guess before the 70es.
But u really want to push me in a discussion like that ? My actual situation is not funny, whatever
i did wrong before.
I have a ****ing technical issue, so if u can help in that, welcome.
For taking me somehow different, stay away. thanks.
After i solved the problem i am ready for any philosophical discussion u wish, also about sailing
and navigation

I was poking fun at you trying to make a little light in an otherwise dark situation.

With a response like that I wouldn't give you the answer if you paid me for it, good luck.

BTW I still have my sextant and the most likely answer has already been posted by an ASUS rep
