I did not use the laptop for two days and when i tried to turn it on, the power button lights up, the bulb light is on, the battery light is flickering green and the caps lights up white. The screen remains black though, keyboard is unresponsive, no output to external monitor, hard reset wont work and it just heats up on the left side.
I hope someone can help me for i was about to get work using this laptop. Tia!*
