GL503VM keyboard colour issue

Hey guys,*
I have an issue I need some help with!
I recently bought a gl503vm Hero Edition and it has the RGB keyboard. I reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows and even though I’ve installed all of the apps off of *the asus website EXCEPT GameVisual because of an error, my keyboard will no longer change colours it just stays red!

If anyone has any info it would be greatly appreciated! Also I DID NOT backup my esupport or drivers folder and i should have as a precaution. If anyone has the Gl503vm hero edition if you could upload them zipped it would be great!

Use the Windows Store to download Aura Core, Use the full version if it has individual RGB key control

Just a quick update, i know its been a long time but work got in the way. I have installed every version of Aura i can find and still nothing, i only get a red keyboard, and I used to be able ot change the colors before my reinstall. anymore ideas? otherwise ill have the RMA

Go to search type aura core uninstall it, download again from microsoft shop. open it from the rog key or from search and click on aura rog

Tried that unfortunately, i feel like I have a driver missing or something. I'll have to send it in!

I had the same issue after needing to reset my GL703VD. After an entire night with asus support, the countless install of various atk drivers and aura core drivers provided, I had to RMA laptop to have re-image done. My keyboard was simply stuck on red and could only control brightness. Asus support basically also kind of confirmed with me that I was better off making a clone copy of my dive upon fist setup cause even with the Esupport folder, I should not expect too much. go figure!

Download the zip file, unzip install the first two installers (Aacsetup and Auraserevicesetup)
then install rog aura core from windows store.
I scanned these installer with windows defender, malwarebytes, and Virus total online.
I now have the original aura core that came with my GL703GE. have aura core components installed should be in your model downloads from asus support.

Having a similar issue after clean install....i can get aura core to launch, but the settings I apply (colors, brightness, etc) are not applying to my keys

WOW three months later LOL! Just so you know Asus now provides instructions under Aura Core Component and Aura Lighting Service downloads on your models support page.
