Hi Everyone, new guy here.
I have a problem with my GL503VD Keyboard. At random times the keyboard just stops working, I can use the touchpad or mouse if I have one connected.
If I keep typing on the keyboard nothing shows up on the screen, the only 2 things that I can do to "fix" this are:
1.- If I have my mouse connected I can just remove and connect the mouse again, if I do this, whatever I typed during the issue shows on the screen at once and then I can continue working/gaming.
2.- If I have nothing connected to the laptop I have to shut it down pressing the power button for 5 seconds and then turn on the laptop again.
Hope you guys can give me some info about this issue.
