GL503V RGB BACKLITH NOT ENABLE

Hello everyone I just joined so I'm not very familiar. I would appreciate any help. This laptop has a backlight, but suddenly the backlight went out. When I turn it on, the buttons turn red, but the backlight goes off after a few seconds and doesn't come back on. windows 10 64 bit and armory crate not respons. I tried every method but the keyboard buttons don't light up.

Maybe it's bugged, did you try a BIOS / EC reset yet? Usually with the laptop off and power connected, you hold down the power button for 30-40s. If this doesnt get it back working then it could well be something wrong with the aRGB strip or controller.

Yes, I tried all these methods but it didn't work.

A couple of times I've had the lights stuck off on my G16, so far the only thing that worked was turning off, unplugging the power cable, waiting a bit then turning back on with battery only (power unplugged).

Also this I turned off to prevent windows making changes

in my windows 10 64 bit no option for dynamic lighting.

I think the backlight was disabled because of the installation armory crate. Because it wouldn't turn off at all before the installation armory crate. Of course, installing Windows 11 didn't solve the problem either. The laptop's battery won't come out, so I let it run out of charge and reset the calendar and clock. Everything went back to factory settings, but the keyboard light didn't come back on.

I don't understand. Why does everyone want to bother me or make me a server This laptop got its backlight back by installing a special version of... It's just me and all this stuff to fix it. Thanks for your help. With this challenge I realized I don't know anything. Thanks again
