GL502VS Backlight bleeding.

Hi guys,
I have noticed that my brand new GL502VS got some backlight bleeding in the very high right corner of the screen and also a little bit in the left side.
I took a picture of it in a dark room and changed the brightness settings:
50% Brightness:
61180

100% Brightness:
61180

I must say that in reality it doesn't look that bad. You probably won't see it even when playing in dark room, only if you look for it and only if the background is black.
Do you guys think that's normal?
Should I contact the seller?
Do you guys see the same thing in your machines too?

I had the same issue with my GL502, you can see the thread here.

It's a common issue, but if you RMA it you might get a better one.
I've returned my laptop and it's in the process of being replaced to a brand new one. I dont think I should settle for anything less then a perfect computer at the price of 1699$, and nither should you.

Thank you for your quick answer.
How does your screen look? is it worse than mine?
Your are right, at this price range the computer should be perfect.

Have you already replaced it?
I have the 1080p version.

I have the 1080p version.

I've sent it two weeks ago to be replaced, but they chose to try and replace the screen. They did such a bad job at it that I sent it back and now it's being replaced to a new laptop. When I actually get it i'll update in here.

I have the 1080P version too, I wonder if the 4K screen might have better bleed. (The store I bought this laptop from started selling the 4K screen about a month after I bought the 1080P :()

I have not got the time yet to test it out.
I will update if this issue has been solved.
