GL502VS 1TB 7200 RPM HDD or 528 GB SSD better?

I know...newbie question here. However, I was wondering if the laptop already has 256GB SSD + 1TB 7200 RPM HDD. Is it worth it if we change out that 1TB HDD for a 528GB SSD? What are the pros and cons? Does it help with heating issues?

It got 32GB of Ram, GTX 1070 graphics, 15.6 in screen...

No big noticeable difference, just that the games launch faster and overall performance is better but looking at the cost... Hdd is preferable (ciz you already have a 256gb Ssd) , or if cost isn't a thing, go for a 2tb Hdd, only if you play games 24x7, n u don't uninstall them after you complete the game
And yes Ssd generate less heat but u can control temperatures using a coolpad

So my use case is that this machine is for gaming only. I have other machines for productivity/business. The 256GB drive is a bit small for the games I'm running. ~50G each for Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1. I replaced the 1T drive in mine with a 540G Crucial SSD and have enough space to have quite a library running with no potential to impact the OS drive. So if I did not replace the HDD I would have an empty HDD as I hate slow load times. Life's too short to watch Battlefield 1 take a few minutes to load vs 30sec.
