Hello All,
I have recently bought "again" the GL502VM (as my previous GL502VY was with alot of hardware problems and was refunded) and i am facing some doubts, my GL502VM have both SSD 256 Gb of SK Hynix and HDD 1 TB of SK Hynix, so my doubts are,
SSD M.2 Sata 3 256 Gb - My HD Sentinel Pro is detecting the following:
"5 errors occured during data transfer.
At this point, warranty replacement of the disk is not yet possible, only if the health drops further.
In case of sudden system crash, reboot, blue-screen-of-death, inaccessible file(s)/folder(s), it is recommended to verify data and power cables, connections - and if possible try different cables to prevent further problems.
More information:
http://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_case_communication_error.phpIt is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems found will be logged there.
The TRIM feature of the SSD is supported and enabled for optimal performance.
No actions needed."
Already speak with Asus here and the information is that is not a problem that i can request to change for a new one and the store is also dont want to change based also in their tech department.
P.S: Also, tested with SK Hynix software but the info in their software is very basis, just say its healthy with no problems.
HDD 1 TB - Concerning my HDD, when i open to see if was all ok inside, the HDD just have the case and screws from the case, so the screws to hold in laptop don't exist, just a little pillow that make the HDD to stay in the place, so my question here is, is these normal? already try with some other screws but they do not screw the hdd in laptop at all, can someone tell me if my laptop is the only one with these situation and what type of screws i need or don't need...
Thank you in advanced
