Hello, so I have an issue that I can't seem to resolve. Closed the laptop and removed the charging cable. Came back a few hours later , plugged the charger cable in and nothing, no lights. Opened up the case and observed a ballooned battery. No problem, got the replacement, installed it and nothing. No lights. I did the power button reset, I've removed the battery on the motherboard, still nothing. I've checked the charger for proper dc voltage, all good. Is there a way to check the charging port? Not sure what else to try. Thanks
