GL 502vm 7th generation keyboard not working

I just bought a gl502vm 7th generation and upgraded it to bios 302. The keyboard started to sometimes work and sometimes not work at all. Not like some keys but the whole keyboard. It is when i turn on the laptop sometimes the keys work and sometimes then dont work. I dont knlw if this has to be related to the bios or to the Windows 10 updates (im using win 10 pro). Can someone help me solve this problems it feels like a russian roulette everytime i power on the computer.

This is what fixed it for my GL702VS that had all keys not working in Windows/BIOS apart from power button. The fix is for many different GL series laptops.

My keyboard is now working 100%.

Sounds to me that during cold-boot, the mainboard does not detect the keyboard module properly, but after everything is powered on and has juice going to it, the keyboard will then respond on the reboot.

Could be that it's not the keyboard module that is the issue, but rather a faulty connector or cable on the mainboard.
