Hello,

Which games crash and are you doing any specific action in the game when it happens?

And when you say at the start menu, do you mean when you are in a game then tab out it will crash?

Can you try setting the display to use only the nvidia GPU, you will need to enter the BIOS and set the preferred display option to dGPU.

games crashing is
- Delta Force - FragPunk - COD6 - World War Z - PUBG Steam - FC25..... and some others
its seems like WWE 2K25 - Rocket League - Assassin's Creed ( Works so Fine)

- some crash just after successfully launching .. I get the intros then went to menu .. if I click anything anywhere game crash to desktop those 2 games like FC25 - Jurassic World Evolution 2

- I try to set the display to use only the Nvidia GPU Not from BIOS but From Windows Settings
( I Do game mode like in normal use windows run the intel UHD .. when I game it automatically change to Nvidia GPU)

Use the BIOS instead as it will run everything on the nvidia GPU, sometimes the issue is due to the switching hardware and this will help determine if that is the problem.

ok .. I will try and replay here ... when I back home ... thanks for the help
