G834JYR BIOS issue after upgrate to 320

My laptop recently had a BIOS update, but since the upgrade, the computer startup has become very slow. It gets stuck on the ROG logo screen for about 2 minutes before booting into Windows. Additionally, I am unable to access the BIOS; I only get a black screen when I try.

I have already tried reinstalling the BIOS and holding the power key for 40 seconds to reset, but neither of these steps helped.

Can someone please assist me with this issue?

Try to hold the power key for a 1 minute also to reset the bios the laptop must be plugged in the charger 

If this dont have the bios update maybe didn't install well and that make the problem you must send it to service 

Try few times more to reset the bios hold more and plug in the charger in to the laptop when you reseting the bios
