G834JY latest bios 330 breaks onboard sound etc

Just installed the latest bios 330 from MyAsus app, it rebooted then flashed the bios.  After rebooting went into the bios and it showed 330 ver.  All good but after logging into windows, found no sound and the device driver had errors about Intel Smartsound.  Tried reinstalling the drivers still no sound, rebooted still no sound.  

Sound only appears after powering on at the ROG animation, once into windows, no sound.

Had to perform manual rollback to 329 bios from within Bios, rebooted and now sound is restored.

My Strix 18 is the 2023 model, anyone else upgraded to bios 330 with the same issues?

updated my scar 16 2023 today to 330, no issues at all.

I retried by downloaded the bios to USB and performed the update from within the bios itself instead of initiating from windows and looks much better now, all working for now.

However from windows device manager, Firmware, ROG strix SCAR UEFI, driver shows ver 10.1.2.329.  Shouldn't that now be 10.1.2.330?

Confirmed the bios shows as G834JY.330 in HWInfo amd other apps.

Right click ROG strix SCAR UEFI and uninstall it, then reboot and let it reinstall. Should show 330 then..

Today updated to 330 my Scar 16, G634JY, no issues at all.

Just updated my Strix Scar 18 (G834JY) to bios 330 with no problems at all.
I used the download via MyAsus app, after the normal reboot cycle all is fine.
Sound has no problem and the Asus UEFI shows the correct version.

Hello.

How do you perform manual rollback to 329 bios? EZ Flash do not allows to do this ("it is not a proper file" or same).
