After updating to NVidia drivers 560.70 or 560.81, any time I try to switch to the RTX 4090 gpu the screen will freeze on the notebook screen. Attempting to restart the gpu driver with Win + ctrl + shift + B will result in a black screen. Only solution is to hold down the power button to power off and reboot.
Last working driver was 556.12. Anyone else having the same issues with the latest 2 drivers, 560.70 or 560.81?

That's not relevant here, it only affects really old cpus, like 2 decades ago. I'm seeing screen freezes or black screens not BSOD.

Make clean install of the newest driver and try again or install the old one driver's becouse you will not have any benefits whit 1 newest version of the drivers ... You can wait the next version and try again

I already reinstalled the previously working 556.12 driver for now. The problem is that the latest 2 versions 560.70 and 560.81 have thr same problem so wary future driver releases will keep having same issue if Nvidia has not been notified to fix the problem.

@Anbby_ROG I posted the issue on the Nvidia GDR 560.81 feedback thread and saw 2 replies from other users having the same issue. Can you pls flag this to Nvidia to include a fix in next driver release?
