ASUS ROG STRIX G815LR RTX5070TI
Hello, I bought the ASUS ROG STRIX G815LR gaming laptop. It is my 7th laptop in the Asus Rog series, which is only 2 days old, and as usual I installed Win11 via USB.
I installed the drivers via the MyAsus application. The NVIDIA driver was also installed from here and there was no problem. Even while playing FC25.
Then I entered the NVIDIA APP application and the driver update came and I installed it. FC25 started to crash constantly.
I also wanted to delete the graphics card drivers with DDU and do a clean installation. I didn't know and I downloaded DDU directly, opened it and deleted the driver. I later learned that it had to be done in safe mode.
After this process, the computer remained on a black screen, I restarted it, the ROG text froze on the login screen at startup. After this process, I could not open safe mode no matter what I did.
(Note: I discovered that the last driver I installed from NVIDIA was problematic. You can see the feedback from users at this link https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/game-ready-drivers/13/565270/geforce-grd-57652-feedback-.... There are problems such as black screens.)
I formatted again and installed WIN11 and it asked for an internet connection during the installation and I provided it. After connecting the internet, it updated and restarted, the ROG text froze on the login screen.
I formatted again and did the same things again, the same way, the ROG text froze on the login screen.
I formatted again and installed, it asked for an internet connection during the installation phase, and since the computer did not open after the update, I used this command to perform an offline installation by pressing SHIFT+F10 and typing OOBE\BYPASSNRO on the CMD screen when it asked for internet during the installation. I installed it offline and the computer opened. I restarted the computer without installing the graphics card driver two or three times, there was no problem. I installed the graphics card driver and something like tingling happened on the screen, I restarted it and the screen froze at the ROG text login screen. I did a win11 offline installation again, when I tried to reset from WIN11 settings or enter safe mode with F8, it started giving a blue screen error constantly. The blue screen error name is Stop Code: DRIVER VERIFIER DMA VIOLATION
What I did to solve;
In order to create a DUMP file for the Blue Screen error, I had to get the same error three times, I tried, but no matter what I did, I could not get the DUMP file.
I reset the DRIVER VERIFIER, it did not work.
I removed the SSD RAM that I installed later. I installed it with its original ssd rams, it still did not work.
Result;
I think the error caused by the graphics card is caused by the latest driver released by NVIDIA.
I sent an e-mail to DDU and explained what I experienced and they said that the black screen error was caused by the DDU application and that the blue screen error "DRIVER_VERIFIER_DMA_VIOLATION" was not related to the DDU application.
When I contacted ASUS TURKEY support and explained the situation, they offered solution options and the result was negative. They said it could be a hardware error.
This computer was only two days old and I had to return it.
Is there really no solution to this?
