I've owned this laptop for about 9 months and I've had chronic BSOD issues but with no real frequency other than maybe every other week more or less. Moreover the installation fails to create a dump file for me to diagnose the issue. The last stop code I received was CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED but event viewer didn't show anything noticeable in particular. I have reinstalled Windows 11 at least once, in March. Something I find interesting is that my GPU driver cannot fully uninstall properly and I have to resort to using DDU in safe mode to replace the driver successfully so maybe that's a symptom. I thought it might be the processor but the thread I found said that the HX series is ruled out of having that particular issue. I'm rather hesitant to RMA this laptop due to the fact that I can't effectively recreate the conditions of the BSOD. It will occur during web browsing, playing low-demanding games or high demanding games. I will also have to go through Best Buy, which is an extra hoop I'd rather avoid if possible.

I was experiencing random BSOD with my Rog Strix G18 2024 once or twice a week and never found a solution. In the end downloaded Windows 11 and did a clean install then reinstalled all the Asus software including Armoury Crate, and never had a BSOD again.
An interesting thing was with a clean install, Windows Update added an update for Asus Firmware below, you might what to make sure you have one installed for yours.
