This problem wasn't around when I first got the laptop (2023) and started happening pretty recently (some months ago). Sometimes when I wake the laptop up from sleep, fans do not work at all. I noticed this when my CPU and GPU were both at almost max. degrees, so it's not because of temps either. Turning it off and then on again fixes this problem (rebooting does not fix the problem).
I noticed that when this problem is going to occur, fans sometimes start working in sleep mode and then they turn off again.

Hi, are you using CPU undervolt feature? If yes try without any undervolt to verify it solves your issue.
For the record, I was affected by exact same issue, and disabling undervolt did solve the issue on my Strix G16 (2023).
I can also confirm this issue did appear some months ago, as I was using undervolt without any problem before.

Yes, I use the CPU undervolted. This is very strange as this started happening recently, but my CPU was always undervolted. I will try with the undervolt disabled, it's sad if we can't undervolt anymore due to this issue.

I think it is still possible to undervolt CPU, but not as much as before.
Try first with undervolt fully disabled to confirm this is the root cause of the issue, and if this is the case then try enabling it again starting with very small undervolt.

I noticed fans incorrect from behind the armory crate + hibernation disabled
And probably the error can be caused by, for example, you have 22H2-23H2 stopped and you are trying to separately update the raptorlake.inf https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/ (Servicing Drivers) in this case similar dangerous cooling system errors are possible

I have not tested a long sleep yet, so I have no clue. I'll update the post when I have the opportunity to do so.
