G75vx Nvidia Drivers

Level 8
Can you install Nvidia drivers straight from their website or is it proprietary drivers and either have to hack them up or wait for Asus to release their own special version?

Level 7
Yes you have to add some info to the nvam for NVIDIA drivers to work on the G75VX. You then have to restart without driver signature. I am not sure but it is listed under one of the posts here. Otherwise, you will have to wait for ASUS to provide their drivers. I currently have the NVIDIA v314.07 installed on my G75VX and it runs flawlessly. If I remember I will update the post when I get home with the nvam info.
