G75V fps lag issue looking for some help.

I recently (2weeks ago) bought the G75V and im having an fps issue, no matter what game it seems that randomly every 20-30 seconds my fps will drop, my game will freeze for a second or 2 and then return to normal. during this, not just the game, but everything lags. Ventrilo/skype/firefox, everything. the sound also kinda derps out at the same time. i have updated sound drivers and tried multiple different video drivers (currently using a beta driver) nothing has helped. Card is Nvidia GTX 660m. thanks in advance.

Are you running McAfee Antivirus? If so, uninstall it and choose another Antivirus product. See http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?14960-G75VW-random-audio-and-graphics-spike/page6 for more information.

hi, please uninstall Antivirus utility and reboot system, if unable to help, install new vga driver, if all ways are not help, please sent to ASUS service center to check.

i have a similar problem with my g75v, it does it randomly and it goes from low and i mean hell low fps like 5 or 10 fps then normal again and so on, i just find out that it happens when im using the battery if i disconect it does it, if i reconect it stops, so i cant use it properly while on battery only any advise for solving the problem
