G74 issue. BOOTMGR missing?????

Woke up this morning to find this on my screen.

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

I restart and get the same message.

Any Insite into my issue?

All good. For some reason my boot options were changed so was trying to boot off wrong drive.

Any idea how that happened?
