so while playing WoW my laptop screen will randomly go off
it does not seem like it is getting hot
has not happend for about 3 days untill today while in a BG in wow
laptop just shut off
everything is up to date
at first i thought it might have been wow add ons or something in wow
but i dont think its the case
i am running windows 1 have not up graded to windows 11
using the my asus software i updated the asus smart display 4 days ago and i thought it resolved my issue
been starting wow in window mode then going to window full screen
and as i said earlier was in a battle ground for wow and whole thing just shut off
laptop is not hot to touch or seem like it is getting hot

i travel and bring this with me it has not been dropped or anything
its about my only source of entertainment when im off work hanging out in the hotel
getting kind of irritating hopefuly someone can help me find the issues lol
in the windows event viewer i see alot of things stuff i dont understand
stuff with smart card service i dont even have a smart card reader on this pc
