G733PZ BIOS ,Which AGESA Version, and Why Does the Site Say No Drivers Are Provided?

Hi ASUS Support Team,

I own a 2023 ROG Strix SCAR 17 (G733PZ).
Two issues need urgent clarification:

1. Missing AGESA Information in BIOS v334

  • The latest BIOS listed is G733PZ.334 (2024-09-03) with the vague note “Optimize system performance.”
  • There is no mention of the AMD AGESA ComboPI version, so users cannot confirm whether critical microcode fixes (e.g., Zenbleed) are included.

2. Driver Page Now Displays

“We don’t currently provide a software utility or drivers for this model.”

  • This message appears at the top of the Driver & Utility section.
  • If intentional, it contradicts the usual expectation that laptops receive downloadable firmware/drivers for several years.
  • If unintentional, it leaves customers without an official source for BIOS, chipset, audio or GPU drivers—especially important for clean Windows installs.

Questions for ASUS

  1. Which AGESA ComboPI revision is embedded in BIOS v334?
  2. Why has the support page stopped offering drivers/utilities and instead shows the above message?
    • Is it a temporary server-side error, scheduled maintenance, or a policy change?
  3. If support is moving to Armoury Crate/MyASUS-only delivery, what is the fallback method when those tools fail or the OS is reinstalled?
  4. What is ASUS’s minimum support window for BIOS/microcode and driver downloads on 2023 ROG laptops?
  5. When will the download page be restored (or updated with a clear notice) so customers can obtain the latest BIOS and drivers?

Transparent communication on firmware versions and driver availability is essential for security-conscious users who spent over US$2,000 on this flagship machine.

Thanks in advance for clarifying!
