I've bought the laptop off of Otto about a year ago (14.07.2023). Now today I want to play some games, find one, press the shift key - and suddenly it's in 2 pieces.. I've had a problem with this specific keycap before too, with the black paint going away. Is there any sort of replacement key or what am I supposed to do in this situation?
