I would like to upgrade this laptop from 16 to 32gb ram.

In the spec sheets it says:

Memory specification is rated for 5600MHz, but due to a CPU limitation is limited to 5200MHz.

My question:

Which ram should I get?

Any help would be much appreciated

Would it be worth the change, 16gb 5600mhz to 32gb 5200mhz?

Well both will run 5200MHz anyway so it's a question of if your laptop / games use more than 16GB, If so then yes 32GB will be an improvement.
