G53SX Guild Wars 2 Temps

Hello there I just bought a G53SX earlier this year (too bad I couldn't wait for the G55)
I looked at my temps while playing GW2 using HWMonitor.

It goes 70c to 8xc at most. Is it normal?
Also any advice how long should I play so I won't overheat the laptop.
I haven't bought a desktop yet (probably next month or December) and until then this is the only computer I have that can play GW2 (yes, I know how crappy that feels)

Could you please provide about this picture for reference and clarify?
What's detect temperature software are you using?

70-80C is a little on the high side, but definitely not out of line for a high-end game. How long does it take to get to those temperatures? That is also an important question.
