G513QC BOOT ISSUE AFTER RAM UPGRADE

I BOUGHT Crucial 8GBGB DDR4 SODIMM 3200MHz CL22 1.2V WHILE MY LAPTOP HAS A BUILT IN 8GB RAM SO I WANTED TO MAKE IT 8GB DUAL CHANNEL BUT THEN MY LAPTOP WAS NOT BOOTING UP. MAY I KNOW WHAT IS THE REASON AS I KNOW THAT CRUCIAL RAM IS COMPATIBLE WITH THIS LAPTOP. I NEED HELP URGENTLY?

start you laptop an wait 10-20-30 minutes if doesn boot after this time check what setting have in bios and try abjust from there

What setting should i look for in the bios? Last time, I waited for more than 10min nothing happened.
