G513ih Turning on but not booting

I repaste 2 Asus ROG G15 G513ih laptop and the first was completed and it's working but the second one is not working because it's turning on but then there is no booting and I can't even open the bios. Any solution?

Have you tried connecting it to an external monitor via HDMI, for example? I hope this helps.
